The Club Carabela Beach Resort is a first-class beachfront resort located on the beautiful white sandy beach of Playa Bavaro. The hotel has 375 rooms with direct access to 'EL CORTECITO', a small street with shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and bars. Miles from airport - 20. All rooms include cable color television, safe deposit box (extra charge) and refrigerator. This offer is made to persons 18 years of age or older & one traveler in the party must be 18 or older. Vacations based on double occupancy. Meals, activities, taxes and personal items are not included. This vacation offer is based on double occupancy and prices are per person. All travel is subject to availability until booked and confirmed by the travel provider. Packages are based on midweek travel (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday departures) and sixty (60) days advance booking notice is required. Upgrades and extended stays are available. If dates requested are not available you may be offered other available dates and/or hotels equal or better then the ones listed. When children travel and stay in the same room as the parents, the price for them is the same as for adult travelers, but children under the age of two (at time of travel) are FREE if they sit in the parent's lap during the flight. Because of high travel volumes during national holiday peak-travel periods Fly & Stay offers are not available from Dec 14 to Jan 8.

When your vacation documents arrive, please contact the travel agency as directed and include a one time US$25 Vacation Activation fee. They will promptly answer your questions regarding travel & available options and will help you with your reservations. You will be asked for three preferred travel dates which must be at least ten or more days apart. Should the dates you wish to travel not be available, you will be offered the next closest date. Your itinerary will be emailed to you with flight and hotel information approximately 45-60 days before you book your trip for your approval. YOU HAVE TWO YEARS TO COMPLETE THIS VACATION.

What happens after I order? When we receive your credit approved order we send you the link for the website where you go to process the vacation. You must activate your vacation voucher within 30 days, and when you do so, we mail you the Booking Forms. Get your vacation started instantly online! The activation fee is $25. When you receive the booking forms, fill them out and send them in with payment of US$60/person which goes toward your trip price. The balance is paid in two installments. You will be asked for three preferred travel dates which must be at least ten or more days apart. If the dates you wish to travel are not available, you will be offered the next closest date. AFTER YOU REGISTER YOU WILL HAVE TWO YEARS TO TAKE YOUR PUNTA CANA DREAM VACATION.

What is the availability? You may take the trip virtually anytime. Bid price is based on a midweek check in of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Of course, it is also based on availability, and non-holiday weeks are suggested. A definite blackout period is December 14 through January 8 because of two major holidays between those dates.

Can the kids and a friend go? Absolutely! This vacation is not restricted to adults, but one person must be 18 or older in the party.
