WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY VACATION VOUCHER(S)?
To Validate Your 3 Day/2 Night Vacation Voucher, IT MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS. To get the best hotel selections and best airfare prices, register your Vacation Voucher as soon as possible by following the instructions on the bottom of your Voucher. If you have a major credit card, you may register over the phone. Your descriptive brochure and reservation Activation Form will be sent to you promptly after registering. As soon as you receive it make your room reservations by mail, or by phone (If you have a major credit card for room tax). When you receive confirmation of your rooms, then book your airfare. Then take your vacation, and thoroughly enjoy it.

WHICH HOTELS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MY VACATION DESTINATION?
We prefer not to list hotel/names because they change from time to time, but all hotels will be at least 3-Star quality and up, and be a national chain hotel such as Wyndham, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Ramada, etc. After tens of thousands of customers we rarely have complaints about our hotels. Also, depending on the dates you decide to travel, your hotel selection will depend upon the availability of accommodations. 

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONFER WITH OUR TRAVEL RESERVATION PEOPLE ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR VACATION VOUCHER, AND HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RESERVATION ACTIVATION FORM. They will be happy to assist you with your travel questions and plans, and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your travel needs. 

MAY I PURCHASE EXTRA HOTEL NIGHTS?
Yes you may, and usually at deep discount rates.

WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN?
There may be a small charge for children aged 18 and under depending upon the hotel/resort visited.

ARE ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?
Sixty day advance reservations are required, so it is wise to plan ahead. However you may travel before then by paying a surcharge. The surcharge will vary depending on the hotel and resort destination you select, but will still be much less than paying full retail. 

HOW MUCH ARE THE ROOM TAXES?
They usually run about 10% of the published room rates depending upon the State and country of your destination and are usually collected when booking your room reservations along with a full refundable $50 room guarantee deposit.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN RESTRICTIONS?
Check in days are usually Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and one guest must be 25 years of age, or older. If you wish to stay on a week end, or check in on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, or during major national holidays or peak season, an upgrade will be required.

CAN TWO COUPONS BE USED CONSECUTIVELY FOR A 4 NIGHT VACATION?
The Vacation Certificates cannot be used back-to-back, but you may schedule extra nights at deep discounts.

ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DATES?
Of course, because hotels are businesses with owners and stockholders who hope to make a fair business profit. Our plan with low prices is designed to fill empty hotel rooms at times when vacancies are anticipated. The week before and after a major holiday are usually unavailable. As a rule major convention dates in Las Vegas are also unavailable. However, you can usually travel anytime based only upon room availability by paying a surcharge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY BONUS VACATION
Use of your Bonus Vacation Voucher is optional, or you may use it BEFORE ACTIVATION as a gift. TO VALIDATE YOUR BONUS VACATION, IT MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF IT'S ISSUE DATE, and a US$25 activation fee is required. Reservations require 60 day advance notice, payment of room tax and a $50 refundable room guarantee deposit.
